Career Opportunity: Part-Time Administrator

The Falmouth EDIC (Economic Development Industrial Corp.) a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, established by the Town of Falmouth has an opportunity for a Part-Time Administrator.

Day-to-day activities include but are not limited to the following. Supporting the EDIC Executive Director with the development and execution of projects. Managing the day-to-day business of responding to emails requests, processing AR/AP, processing payroll. Retaining and organizing records/documentation. Scheduling the EDIC board meetings and providing the Board Members with all necessary documentation to conduct the monthly meeting. Maintaining meeting minutes per Open Meeting Law.

Solid technology skills, MS Office software competency, interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The ability to work independently and multi-task are critical competencies in this role. Experience with the Town of Falmouth, working for a non-profit organization, and social media content and platforms would be beneficial.

The Administrator position is part-time (approx. 10 hours per week), reporting to the Falmouth EDIC Executive Director. A flexible work schedule is appropriate for the position. The role is “work from home” with occasional meetings in EDIC offices in downtown Falmouth and Town Hall. Falmouth residents preferred.
